Text messaging terms
Effective date: July 9, 2026
The program
Ansaline (operated by Kelyan LLC) sends text messages to people who have opted in - typically links you asked for during a phone call with our receptionist (such as our how-it-works page or a scheduling link), confirmations, and replies to messages you send us.
How opt-in works
If you ask for information by text during a phone call, our receptionist reads a short consent notice and confirms your mobile number. We then send one confirmation text asking you to reply YES. We only send the information you requested after you reply YES. If you do not reply, we will not text you again.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency and rates
Message frequency varies depending on what you request - most people receive just a handful of messages. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Opting out and getting help
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and nothing further.
- Reply START to resubscribe.
- Reply HELP for help, or email hello@ansaline.com.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Privacy
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
See our privacy policy for full details on how we handle your information.
