How fast can I be live?

One business day. After checkout you answer five questions - business name, trade, hours, forwarding number, where to send alerts. We configure the agent and scripts for your trade and confirm by email when your line is live.

What does it cost, all-in?

$499 a month per location, flat. 150 answered calls a month are included, which covers typical after-hours volume several times over. No setup fee, no contract, cancel anytime.

What happens if the AI gets confused?

It stops trying to be clever. The fallback rule is hard-coded: take the caller’s name and number, promise a call back, and text you an urgent alert. A weird call becomes a message - never a mess.

Does it replace my receptionist or answering service?
